My fiancé and I bought our first kitten here around 2 weeks ago. We thought it was gonna be nice to have a pet we got together. We have 1 other cat but it was his childhood cat so we wanted one that we both raised. We got an adorable gray kitten. He was super sweet and we quickly fell in love with him. Sadly, last night we noticed he wasn’t moving right. Then about an hour later he had no activity in his legs and couldn’t move. I know they were working because he could put pressure back on our hand when we pushed his paw. We knew he wasn’t gonna make it so we sat in the floor with him until he passed away around 2 hours later. I’ve never seen my fiancé cry so hard. DO NOT BUY A KITTEN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL HEARTBREAK!

This is Tyler Rose, came in yesterday and bought a fish. The lady with short hair explained to me how I had a 5 day return if something happened. Got home set everything up. Next morning woke up the fish is covered in fungi. Called and the girl yelled at me. Rude staff. Do not buy from here.

Clean place that treats their animals well. The staff are very nice and down-to-earth. Great place to go!

I love this place other animals are all incredible I've never had a problem that wasn't the result of something that happened in my tank or in my home. I think this place is amazing I have a 55 gallon now a 35 gallon 25 gallon and a small 10 gallon I also run a rescue for four-legged critters :-)nnI see you negative review about a kitten on here and I'm wondering why they watched a kitten suffer and pass away rather than take it to a vet. It sounds like they put flea medication on it that possibly was over the counter bought and I'm guessing 100% that's what caused that kitten to die when you googled the symptoms that's exactly what it is . that is not the fault of this pet storennalso if you buy a 10 gallon and $38 worth of freshwater fish you have overstocked your 10 gallon tank that you just started that has no biofilter period so people blaming this place for their fish dying when they don't know how to take care of a damn fish that's their fault that's not the fault of this pet store. You're supposed to wait a month when you get a new tank to put in new fish that way a biofilter can be created with no biofilter the fish will immediately die. That is very much not the fault of this storennplease people if you don't know how to take care of your animals if you're not willing to put the money into it like taking it to a vet rather than watch it die or you don't know how to take care of a damn fish please don't get it you're literally abusing animals to death thank you

They have a wide variety of exotic creatures. Especially in the fish department. And they can even special order a certain critter your looking for. Highly recommend if your looking for something different to add to your collection.
