I created a Google account just so I could review one of the office staff - Catherine. Catherine is an amazing employee. She has been very patient and kind. She is more helpful and efficient than any worker I have seen at a medical office. My partner and I have called/visited the office many times in the past month, and each time we hang up/leave, we talk about how much of a blessing she has been to us. I hope this clinic does everything they can to keep her around and make sure she is happy.

It was the worst experience ever. I was charged for a service that I didn't get results for. What I literally got is pain, stress, long waiting for no reason, false promises, lies and money loss. Nope, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

IMPORTANT ADVISE: Be careful, DO NOT go to this clinic. If you will go to get tested for Covid, you will never get your results on time. I did not get my result on time so, I LOST MY FLIGHT , LOST 2 working days that I had to have them unpaid cause I have no vacation benefits, and I had to rent a car to go back to my country. Not to mention the stress that I had to pass through to get the rental car one way only. I literally thought I am gonna lose my job! They didn't only not send us the test result on time but they also wanted to keep our money not refunded.nIf I can give ZERO stars to this clinic, I would. It is unfortunate to have unreliable clinic and lab in such a great country like USA.

Update:nAfter so many calls to the lab they assumed me they don't send bills to clients and the $375 is the clinic responsibility. They also assured me to speak with Tim the manager at Troy medical P.C. . When I called him yesterday, he tefused to refund our money for the test results we NEVER received? AND ended up costing us $1000 in damages to figure a solution to get my sister's back to Canada !!! Unreal!!! Not to mention the sever stress we had to go through!!! Well, I called my CC and dispute it the bill and they were able to put stop on the payment BUT Tim went a head and billed my sister's in Canada for it again?!! How can anyone who has any decency do that fully aware they didn't give you what you paid for??? I have tried to do everything in my power to work a fair deal with them, but all my efforts are rejected . I offered to pay for something I never received $25 per person to call it even and done, BUT Tim again refused to accept it and told me to go do what I want, meaning hiring an attorney!! Last night that is what I did, and this Clinic sadly will have to deal with a lawsuit now for all the damages they caused us...How disappointing when you you try so hard to be fair with someone who done you wrong and they snare at you on top of it!! Very bad manager!! Again tge staff and doctors are wonderful people to talk to, but they can't do anything to help you get your rights.

Been here for physical. From front desk to doctor everyone is very helpful and friendly
