I have been trying to get a new patient appointment for one month. I have called this office daily at different times; no one ever answers the phone. You will wait on a poor audio quality hold line recording and then be transferred to a voicemail after waiting. I received call back messages while at work and unable to answer, with no information on how to get an appointment. After getting through to a real person for the first time I was abruptly transferred to the medication refill line in error. I left a detailed pleading message asking for someone to please help me get an appointment. I received a call back within the hour to inform me that my referral from one month ago had never been received. I was told “I doubt anything I say will make you happy “ I let her know that my happiness is not a concern; I just want an appointment. Although the caller offered to contact my family doctor for the referral, the fact remains that have yet to be offered a new patient appointment, even though she was clearly and admittedly viewing my Beaumont chart and notes from a previous pain doctor. I have never experienced this kind of difficulty in making a doctors appointment in my entire life. It’s still unknown whether or not I will ever be offered to make a new patient appointment. The one star rating will remain until I experience improved customer service. I’m a patient, a human being trying to get help from a doctor, not a telephone solicitor. It seems like they are assuming that most callers will be drug seeking addicts and give up after never being able to talk to anyone. This situation is a real shame and needs to be addressed by someone who is responsible and concerned with the way patients are treated.

The doctors here instead of helping they are trying to destroy you and taking you off the medication that you already had it prescribed from a neurologist. All they do is send you to a psychologist like that is going to help a lot with nerve and excruciating pain. The reason? Honey you are to young to be on this medication! So the young people had to suffer but the older ones are ok. What a waist of time this was! They deserve zero starts!

PMDR DANIEL SAPEIKA is professional, sensitive to your specific needs and extremely knowledgeable in treating a 73 year old with multiple health issues - from years of playing sports. He just moved to this location and i have been extremely pleased with the staff as I approach my first appointment at this clinic

This place is the rudest and isn't safe at all they don't care about you and all they want is your money and to keep you in pain if I could get him a zero I would have

Don't go here. The front desk never picks the phone. It automatically goess to voicemail and they are all very rude. They also constantly mess up my referrals leading to shifting appointments and the front desk is never proactive in anything. I already regret not choosing somewhere else.
