Banker was very rude refuse to sign a notary for me even though I’m a customer insisted I did not have an appointment and then I sat and watched him for 20 minutes do nothing

Every one of the bankers at this location is friendly and helpful, but also knowledgeable about their services. They have personally helped straighten out some issues for me or answered some complicated questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend this branch without hesitation.
Manager here is rude refused to give me change because i don't have a account here but the employees are nice why do i have to have a account with you for you to give me a couple 10's and 5's
