The Chesterfield store has been outstanding in helping me shop for my cats. I've had recent back surgery which limits my mobility. Store manager Elizabeth has gone out of her way to deliver food to my house. I will continue to shop in her store. Prices are competitive and the staff has been kind and caring. Thanks for your help.
Customer Service is excellent! Every time I walk in multiple employees go out of their way to help me find that elusive item I need for my cats or my dogs. They do all the heavy lifting into my cart, at the checkout and out to my car. I do not go to any other pet supply store even though there are 2 other big name stores literally across the street. Pet Supplies Plus employees excel in their customer service and customer support.
Great prices and sales, clean, well stocked store. The most helpful, knowledgeable, friendliest employees. Getting a new kitten and I had so many questions... all answered and zero hesitation to help me. Highly recommend this store and location
We love Pet Supplies Plus, our little ones love the food and treats! Now me I am a huge fan, the staff always above and beyond! This visit they were out of a toy I ordered, Michelle sent me an email to let me know, I called to figure it out, she picked an amazing replacement and My husky LOVED it!! Thank you Michelle and PSP!
