Friendly staff. Easy to order online. Great products and prices. Wish my location had a designated curb side pickup spot. :)
The young lady that helped me was SO pleasant and helpful. I walked in the store breathing heavily (health issues) and she immediately reminded me that I could do curb pickup. (I try not to be too lazy). I carried the bag to my car and realized that my bucket of litter was missing. I went back inside and asked if she would bring it out to my car. She brought it out AND picked up the groceries that had come out of the bag in the back of my car, and carefully placed the litter bucket. I rarely get people that nice helping me and it really made my day.
Very clean, organized and the staff is extremely helpful and kind.nWe found exactly what we were looking for for our new puppy and the prices were very reasonable. Chewy.com has better prices on dog cages, but Petco was spot on for everything else. Plus, you actually get to hold and feel the products while at petco.nLastly, their grooming and dog bathing services are very helpful and convenient.nWhile I wasn't looking at the time, the fact that they Cary exotic reptiles and amphibians is nice. I will be looking at something of the sorts very soon.
No one customer is more important than the other. If you can't prioritize equal service then there must be an issue with how many employees you have on the floor or with the quality of the service itself.
It pleases me when I go somewhere and employees are friendly and helpful ! And I was able to take my dog in with me very pet friendly and nice pricing go there ' if you have a pet any pet !
