Paver Pet Supply

When I went to Paver to get food for my geriatric cat with renal failure both of the people working that evening went to the food section with me and carefully looked at all of the ingredients in each food and made suggestions specific to my cats needs and preferences. It was so kind and so helpful. They really know their stuff, and they really care.

I’ve shopped here on a few occasions and have always had pleasant experiences. However the last couple times I’ve been in, I’ve been disappointed. There has been a new shift in some staff members and one of them just didn’t know what she was doing and was just sitting on her phone. Nina, the employee that used to do the Facebook live videos no longer works there, which is super upsetting. She was a cat expert! When I asked why she no longer works there, I was told that they can’t discuss it, which leads me to believe she was fired although she was hands down the best employee there. There’s only one employee now that knows what she’s talking about, she is a groomer and was able to help me find a brush for my cat. The last time I was in the store, an older gentleman that must be a new employee because I’ve never seen him before, tried to help me. When I told him I don’t have a dog, he lost his interest in helping me and was quite crude about me only having a cat. He then repeatedly tried to convince me to take my mask off! He of course was not wearing a mask either. In the middle of a global pandemic, an elderly employee tried to get me to take my mask off, that was extremely disappointing and shameful. With such poor new staff and not taking COVID-19 seriously, I will no longer be shopping at paver pet supply.

Helpful & super-friendly staff! The store mostly caters to dogs & dog needs, for now, but they also have quality cat products and all at competitive prices! Cat-related goods are actively expanding.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find the best solution for your pet. Bonus there is a dog park to go play in. Our family and furbabies love Paver ❤

Very friendly and helpful staff! Couldn't find my dogs food anywhere in town, since we just moved, they helped me find something that works well with her allergies.
