Excellent service. Luke is very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I can already see a difference with my foot pain. The on-line appointment process is very user friendly and a great idea.
I had a very good experience at the Flint store. Luke was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding! I appreciated how he really listened to me and was empathetic about the true pain I have been experiencing for the last 6 months due to plantar fasciitis. In my opinion, Luke is the best kind of sales person....passionate about his product but certainly not pushy. Hats off to Luke!!
I really enjoyed my experience at the “Good Feet Store”.My helper was a very nice young man Ken Schimmoller at the Miller rd store Flint. He answered all my questions, made me feel really at ease. I have been using my inserts and I really can tell the difference. I can really stand up straight and moving a lot better without the pain in my legs feet and back. I would definitely recommend any one who think’s they might need help to go and check them out. I think it would really be worth it.
The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive of trying to help me find the best fit of insoles for my condition.. I will say they are a bit expensive, but you can’t put a price tag on your feet especially if you work a full time job like I still do... it’s only been 3 days and already the stabbing heel, foot and leg pain is gone and my feet are adjusting nicely to the insoles... so far I think it’s been a wise investment.
I’ve only had my orthotics for 5 days but they are already making a difference! My Achilles’ tendon has never felt so good - can’t wait to start running again!nnCustomer service was fantastic!
