I called the guy rushed to put me on hold. Called the next day because they said they were so busy. Rude. Called the next day to be told the order I placed in is not found in the system. I waited 5 days now my job starts soon and I have no boots even ordered. Unprofessional. No mannerisms, and lack of customer service. Wouldn’t recommend

Very nice dude. The 30 day satisfactory offer is nice. Took me 3 pairs to find the ones I want. Just brought back ones I didn't care for and swapped out. Went with the 10877!

It's pretty clear why this store has a better rating than most. I live over an hour away and i would chose this store over the rest. (so long as Dustin is working there) VERY LONG Story short, i ended up with a pair of boots with a factory defect. of course these boots are impossible to find anywhere (lovely COVID) and they were the ONLY store within 100 miles to have them in stock. Dustin was super helpful, super friendly and just gave over the top service. (he was willing to meet me halfway somewhere just to get them exchanged for me) My grandfather always swore by Red Wing boots, They are high quality. but most of the stores have some not so friendly employees which is a shame. No matter where you are located, i recommend the drive to this location. Ask for Dustin, and you will get the over the top Red Wing experience you deserve, everytime.

Love this place always a pleasure to visit for my husbands work boots definitely top grade A work boots If you need dependable durable gurenteed boots come see them !!
