When other pet shops were closing down and/or stopped selling mice, PSP was the go-to for all my pet supplies. The Mt Morris location has since gone very downhill: many large items are consistently out of stock (self-waterers, pet carriers, etc) and as of now, they no longer carry live mice.
They had pretty much everything I was looking for but its not very handicap accessible and there arnt many staff.
Always friendly staff. Always clean and always have what I need
Best help ever girl was only 19 but treated and acted like adult she made my day and gave me great service
The store could use some upgrades and it looks kinda dirty. But they have good prices and a decent selection of high quality dog and cat foods.
