Very knowledgeable
Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you Bernier's. You can buy a vacuum online or at a big box store, but you'll never get the service.. I try to support local businesses as much as I can. Im grateful that I do. The service I have received from Bernier's is top notch. Buying a vacuum is a long term relationship! Requires service, repairs, etc. He saves you where he can and has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Always pleasant and I typically leave laughing. A great small Maine business. I highly recommend!! 10 stars!!!!
The owner of this drifty place is a definitely a blast from the past! He has anything and everything to do with vacuum's , while reminiscing about the good old days. Best place to visit .....
Came to Ray after going elsewhere and was treated horribly. Ray was super friendly and completely understanding of our situation. Although he does not repair or give estimates to repair Dyson he did give me a sign formed stating so. He was very kind. We will be buying our new vacuum from here! I recommend him! Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Very honest with out being rude or disrespectful. Thank you so much Ray. See you soon!
I get wood pellets for my stove here. Always polite and offer suggestions if unsure. Not sure how his process compare to other, but I prefer supporting the small business.
