I had fantastic customer service today after I came in with a sample of my water and a troubled tank. The gentleman that works there took the time to thoroughly test my water and point me int right direction to fix my tank (on multiple levels, not just a quick here put this in, good luck and bye). A few hours later and you can already see a difference in my tank and fish. I've been in there a few times in the past few months and they are definitely my go to place now for my fish and dog needs. The lady that's helped me a few times is also outstanding and the young lady I talked to on the phone once was as well! The pigs ears are also the best quality I've seen around and a great price as well!

I’ve been going to pet pro for years and they have had there share of bad employees... but Jacob takes the cake... don’t bother dealing with him he doesn’t say the same thing twice. I spoke with Alex on my issues and he fixed them but Jacob lied saying my fish would be fine in my tank and Alex told me different. Alex and Shera are amazing to work and deal with but stay away from that kid.

Love this place! Staff is always extremely helpful and nice. Cheapest place I can find crickets for my geckos and they're all alive when you get them! 10/10 in all categories!

Great selection and very knowledgeable staff who are happy to help. We end up there more than twice a week due to our bearded dragon's diet, and much prefer this shop over other local pet shops. The prices are comparable and the stock is typically better kept. Store is clean and organized. Someone is generally available to offer personal assistance if needed within 5 minutes, and will spend as much time answering any questions as you need.
