An visually attractive place. I didn't eat but the food looked delicious. Service was good. The Blaze beer is amazing. The only issue I had was the price. $19 beer flights?!? That's absurd. Even with the high price I rate it high based on everything else.
Food is great but service isn’t the best. We ordered a to-go order for curbside. We called to let them know we were there- lady on the phone says they are packing it up. 15 min later, we called and they said they aren’t quite finished with the order and it’ll be ready in about 7-8 min. This isn’t the first time we have ordered and had issues with timeliness. We won’t be ordering for awhile.
Since the day Blaze opened I've never had a single thing I didn't love. Their food is unique, and flavored perfectly, their ingredients are fresh, AND LOCALLY sourced, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing is appropriate for the quality. Brunch at Blaze is my fave!
Love love loved this place. New in town and it was suggested by my uber driver. I sat at the bar since I was dining solo. Didn't catch her name but the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable of their extensive beer list. Chose a dry cider upon the bartender's suggestion and it did not disappoint. Ordered the duck fat fries and the pork belly lollipops. To use a knife was an overkill, the pork was so tender and just fell apart with your fork. Definitely a great little spot and will suggest it to others.
This place had one of the best burgers I've ever eaten and the customer service was incredible.
