Last night (St. Patrick’s day) there was a 45-minute wait inside at Applebee’s in Bangor and the curbside parking lot was packed full of vehicles. We watched as one of the take out guys greeted all the curbside vehicles with multiple orders in his hands (we were surprised how fast he was greeting curbside customers, making sure the curbside customers got their orders and they were right) he was polite, friendly, fast- past and very great doing his job! Would like to say Joshua that did Applebee’s curbside on st. Patty’s day did an awesome job getting all the curbside orders to all the customers promptly. The Tipsy leprechaun and shark bowl was awesome and so was the food. (we were one of the curbside customers) rate:⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f(Excellent)

This was a horrible experience! My husband got a burger that was dripping in grease. It was gross. I had mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken, the pasta was basiclly just dry pasta. It was awful, and the chicken was really over cooked and hard to chew. On top of that the waitress sat on the table across from us while she took our order and it really grossed me out. I will say the manager on duty was very kind, she was on top of the issue and seemed genuinely sorry, for the quality of the food! She deserves a raise! We however will not be back to Applebee's anytime soon! ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

I sat in the car while my family ate because I'm not paying to be uncomfortable. Your 6 person booths are not big enough for 6 real people to eat comfortably, there was a large corner booth right beside us! Congratulations on making so much money that customer service and comfort is no longer a concern.

Server Bobby was absolutely excellent. As he always is. But the whiskey burger falls apart instantly because of so much grease. Bobby is one of the best waiters from anywhere I've been in years. Always happy whenwe are placed with him.

The staff although looking a little over worked was super friendly. They got our food to us in good time and didn't for napkins and the condiments. Definitely worth a stop for some good food.
