The beauty of the fixed menu experience is that it forced my husband and I to eat things we would never have chosen from a “traditional” menu. The result was a fine dining experience that we would not otherwise have had. The meal, cocktail, and wine pairing were deftly and expertly crafted. Each course would have been delicious as a stand-alone dish. Together, it was an excellent experience. Add to that the fact that the staff and ownership were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I would not hesitate to recommend Novio’s to anyone. A gem right in the heart of Bangor.
Nothing special out of this place, fix menu choise only, the manager made an ugly face when chose only a la cart menu.nAlso expensive for what we eat.nNot recommend
I normally do not always recommend the fixed menu but here I found it to be a worthwhile option because you still are able to choose from the menu. Notable was the lobster crepe. The main course is a challenge to choose, but I selected the beef that melted in your mouth and was cooked just right. beautiful

Unbelievably innovative restaurant with fresh interpretations of French cuisine. Run by young enthusiasts who deserve wholehearted support and encouragement. This place alone is worthy a visit to lively beautiful Bangor.
