Waited over 45 minutes to get my to go order.
This restaurant is my family's spot, so to speak. We've been going here for years and it never disappoints! Highly recommend. The waitstaff are awesome, and if there is anything that happens to be wrong with your order, they make it right. The food is amazing, and so are the drinks.
Called in advance to be put on the wait list which was over an hour long. Perfectly understandable due to it being Friday night. Got the call saying the table was ready for us while we were about 3 minutes away. Walked in 5 minutes after the call and they said they called 15 minutes ago and gave the table away and we are back on the wait list. They didn't even tell us how long that list was.
Was flying into Bangor at 11 pm and my boyfriend got us Chili's Take out. He doesn't remember the employees name but he went above and beyond to make sure I had the yummiest, freshest food possible! Avacado Chicken Bacon sandwich was the perfect meal after a very long flight.
They did fantastic with covid restrictions. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive. He came by the table frequently. It did take a bit to get our order and our corn was overcooked. Overall was worth the wait and rest of our meal was delicious.
