Very friendly customer service. My first time learning about this product from earthangeloil.com; I called Jojoba company to ask for direct shipment and My needs are met! Their products are superb quality grown from Israel. I had a good laugh hearing the baby’s giggle while placing the order over the phone ( the representative worked from home).
