Great food and awesome service
Great pizza ud83cudf55. I prefer very plain pizza one topping (hamburger). HOWEVER their hamburger pizza as plain as it may sound was delicious. Guaranteed to find something you will like with endless topping combinations.
Pizza is good. Garlic bread is good. Stuffed shells, no flavor. Hot chicken wings, don't bother. Slimy, and again no flavor.
Ashley was absolutely fantastic, my husband said the beer was good and cold, and the only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is that we only had an appetizer and it really wasn't hot. Keep in mind, I didn't complain about it either, however, it is really hard to say it is totally awesome if you didn't really have much off the menu. Would definitely go back though!
Terrible customer service at the Waterville location. The staff was very unfriendly and definitely did not put their customer first. I was judged when my card was declined for my take out order but I told them I made a foreign transaction the day before which is probably why and I just had to call my bank to have my card reactivated. After I went back inside and paid, including a tip, I wait a couple minutes to find out they “threw my pizza away.” They just assumed I wasn’t going to come back in. I was told it would take “literally 6 minutes” to make another pizza which ended up taking over 15 minutes. I was offered a free water for my inconvenience, how generous. Seems a bit minor but the employees and manager were both unfriendly and customer service goes a long ways for me. The pizza is good but I will unfortunately no longer be supporting their location because of the poor customer service/unfriendly employees for the second time in a row.
