Excellent in every way. The salmon was so tender and flavorful. The way they prepared The veg had a hint of Asian inspiration that went well with the maple ginger sauce. The stuffed shrimp was perfectly cooked, the stuffing was moist with just the right amount of crabmeat. The rice really surprised me, it had so much flavor but was just plain and the green beans tasted really fresh. They have a good menu selection and prices are very reasonable. Definitely would recommend 18 Below for a great meal. The atmosphere and service was really nice too.
Absolutely not to be missed! Fresh, locally sourced foods carefully prepared with innovative and creative flair. Excellent waitstaff serve you quickly and cheerfully. Expect to spend some time enjoying your dinner companions while the food is all prepared fresh from scratch. ud83dude42
Excellent food. I’m not much of a sea food guy so I got the steak, now we eat here at least once a week. No better place in Waterville
F the food is always good and everyone is very helpful and fast. We hot seated right away even though we did not have a reservation. The waitress was very helpful with all the questions we had for her and she had great suggestions for wine to go with our food
