Incredibly disappointed with Bliss. Ordered a shirt and beautiful epice scarf on Nov. 29th via their website. I received an email on Dec. 5 saying the shipment was on its way. Checked today (Dec. 10) as to the shipping progress and saw that the order was canceled on Dec. 6, with absolutely no notice from Bliss. I think it is likely that they waited too late to box my order, and found that the items were sold out. Beware if you order anything online from Bliss, you may not actually receive what you ordered, and you will receive no explanation from the store. For a store where you can drop a fair amount of money (my order was north of $300), their customer service is sorely lacking. Will take my money elsewhere next time.nnUPDATE: Bliss contacted me regarding my order, and it seems their system flagged me because I was ordering from overseas. The issue was corrected and I have received the original items I ordered. Bliss honored the old sale prices and shipped for free. I am very happy with this turn of events and the professionalism of their staff, so am amending my review!

Excellent customer service, I bought a dress and plan to go back and buy another one. The staff is attentive to everyone, even when there was quite a few customers roaming around. I appreciate the quality and the long term cost is worth it.
