I went in to ship my laptop back and get fixed. I took a box, packaged it up and sealed it with my Fed-Ex sticker. When the young man came to help, he proceeded to tell me the box I used is not correct. Seeing my frustration, he proceeded to help me and explain to me why, all in a very professional manner. With three to five other people in the store needing help as well. This young man over looked my frustration and professionally helped me out, and took care of me. I was impressed considering they were busy, had it been me, I would have walked out. The tall slender young man who helped me out was working today 06/08 around noon. Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
