It was a long haul that included some misunderstandings, but UMHC bent over backwards to make my experience a good one. I highly recommend Dave as a professional audiologist and my ReSound hearing aids with Tinnitus therapy. I am hoping they will make a great difference in my quality of life.
This is the best place in Utah for hearing. I got ripped at house of hearing, and came here after trying others who all wanted to sell me new aids.
Darn was more knowledgeable and was more concerned about me and not my money. After a year of returning my phonak aids many times for repairs due to incorrect fittings, he was able to contact the manufacturer get my warranty extended and fixed my current aids.
Nothing short of amazing. You don't see companies like this anymore.
