Signage states open till 5pm. Here at 4:30, doors are locked, drive-thru is closed, with employees watching me at the door. Called phone number, nobody picks up. Hmmm ud83eudd14 with a sign that says “yes, we’re open and happy to see you”. Ironic
Awful customer service. I have been trying to call the local branch at Scarborough (883-5509) for 3 hours. They will not answer the phone and there is no ability to leave a message. It just rings and rings.
They went out of their way to help me with a lengthy transaction (too much for the drive-through) when I showed up to the lobby not knowing an appointment was required.
This is one of the last time I ever go or write about these bank again. There was a family notary to be done for my daughter where my complete family should be there and I asked a lady over there before day whether she will do it . When she said to come,we all went including a one year baby, she said she will not do it as she is not aware of it and made a lay excuses and suggestions to go public hall on Friday evening at 4.She is not trying to help at all.nShe asked whether we have any deposits etc, when we said no, she directly said that she will not do it. Disgusting experience and I will never ever visit this branch again so as to avoid or remember these bad experience again.
Phone still ringing ... over four minutes. Nobody answering. Guess I will look elsewhere for my loan. Phone rang so long it self-disconnected. Wow!
