Petco

Very helpful Lizard and Fish specialists. Unfortunately there is only one of them there at a time, which is understandable because of employee shift changes. Petco sales associates are great, the corporation is not good. They turn animals away if they are aggressive (even puppies). They underpay there associates and only train them to qualify for positions within the corporation. The only reason i go back is because of the helpfulness of the associates and the support that they give.

Wanted to use the 25% off purchase online and pick up in store coupon e-mailed to me, but the websight wouldn't let me. Yes, I have an account and I wanted to spend the required $50. No help in-store. In fact they kind of hinted that it was a sham. No worries though, I can get what I want from Chewy, and at a price almost as good.

I love the quality of products offered. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I love interacting with the animals and other customers.

I visited for getting ghost shrimp.nBut they do not have it anymore.nSo I got 4 cherry shrimps.nfair price and cute.nNone of mine dead yet. I think they are ok.

Very good customer service and help when it came to helping me get my bearded dragon and everything I needed for him. Petco also has a really nice selection of lizards and other things.
