We are giving 5 stars only because we can't give 10 stars. This business is absolutely the BEST that we have had a transaction with in a long time, maybe ever. The owner is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained which displays his pride in ownership. The trailer we purchased is superior quality and we did extensive research in order to make the right choice. We highly recommend visiting Pine Ridge Trailers first and you won't need to go anywhere else.
Elton is wonderful to work with when working on your trailer and your truck connection. Was having messages from the truck that my electric brakes on my trailer weren't working. He is great highly recommend him.
Pine Ridge was able to find us a trailer even when it was dificult to get one during the recent trailer shortages. We always enjoy working with pine ridge and recomend them over anyone for a good quality trailer.
We are from out of town and got Incredible service. We broke down at the lake campground and needed a new hub. They got us in same day and back safe down the road. Professional, fair, and kind. Highly recommend.
Awesome service. We had a bent gooseneck coupler after an accident. They had one in stock and got us back on the road to Minnesota that morning where everyone else was going to be tomorrow.
