Honestly if I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve had so many bad experiences here I can’t even begin to describe them all. Tonight has been the last straw; I brought my mother into the ER with severe irritation, swelling, and redness on her eyes and we’ve been here for over an hour with no treatment. Just go to KSB.nSide note; the nurse tonight was very sweet.

The Birthing Center at Cgh is absolutely Amazing! They made my Birth experience everything I ever wanted! My goal and birth Plan was strict and to a T but was never even needed to be expressed the nurses did everything without even being asked such as putting me in the hydrotherapy tub, using a birthing ball and using multiple positions! I had the perfect labor and was waited on hand and foot!nNurses are very attentive and respectful of all my concerns I had with a drug free labor. My Ob Laurie Buckman went out of her way my whole pregnancy to make me feel more than comfortable and at ease for Labor! She came in Hours before her shift to provide me with care and deliver my bundle of joy! I cannot thank her enough!n10/10 recommend Cgh for all your pregnancy and delivery Care!

Worst experience. Waited 3 hours for removing splinters and still did not get treatment. Hope it will be fast for worse cases.

Be careful because if you get lost in their confusing ER, you'll be threatened and kicked out while trying to take care of your family member. They'll tell you that you're causing a disruption while they're YELLING at you when you're lost and call the security guard on you. That security guard will then threaten to call the cops on you for no reason and refuse to give you his name :)nnAlso, if you're not allowed to go see your family members, don't trust them. Your elderly family members will most likely end up with bed sores if they can't move on their own.

My girlfriend gave birth 11/11/20 and took the baby the next day for a checkup, he was a bit yellow and scored under treatment for jaundice. They told her if he was going back to flesh color and pooping okay, then stay home, he looked great and was digesting good the next day so we didn’t go, the day after that a woman named “Laurie” called her and was extremely rude and condescending and passive aggressively called her a bad mom several times, so I hope nobody else had to be treated so awful by cgh staff, the birthing staff are amazing, the woman named Laurie however... not so amazing.
