Went to hospital for outpatient procedure. The nurses and staff were very professional and extremely nice. They made me feel at ease. So lucky to have a facility like this in Havana.
I went there today to get blood drawn, and there were literally six people watching in a room that is approximately 5x5 feet. It was totally uncomfortable, and I had to ask all the unnecessary ones to leave the room.
Worst hospital ever. Nurses are rude and the doctors are not capable of doing their job. My grandmother has been there 3 Times in the last week.
