This is the worst Finish Line I've been to and with my years of dealing with different locations that says alot. CJ was by far the rudest and most unhelpful employee I've come across anywhere. I'm now recommending Foot Locker and will be posting on social media about it. Stay Away!!!
Great customer service!
I went in wanting a certain pair of running shoes. I was greeted immediately and everything seemed well. I tried on my size, but they were too snug and needed a 1/2 size bigger. The store did not carry the 1/2 size up, and the attendant told me that Brooks does not make shoes in half-sizes and I should order a whole size up (which was not available in the store) and they'd have it mailed to my home. It was total BS. I told the guy that I was not going to order a whole size up and have it mailed to my house, esp since I've been wearing Brooks for years and am well aware that they make half sizes. At this point he became completely disinterested in helping me at all and just stood there looking in the opposite direction while I put the shoes back in the boxes and left. No goodbye, no more interaction once he knew he would not make a sale. I went to another store and bought the same shoe in the size that he said Brooks doesn't make. What a load...
We were just looking at shoes and out of nowhere the guy that works there kicked us out. Unacceptable!
Two days ago I bought some sneakers and when I got home I realized that the seller gave me 2 tennis rights and when I went to change them the salesman did not have the desperation to ask for an apology; with saying that he did not even say a word to us and that it was the same seller with whom we made the purchase.
