Came here last week. There was a short, blonde hair lady who was disrespectful to me. She spoke to all of the other customers, except for me. I was not greeted or helped. I saw her talking to another employee and she was pointing at customers and over heard her complaining regarding customers shopping. This is unacceptable behavior. I will be going to old orchard moving forward.
Great product selection and staff. I was in and out in less than 10 min with the exact items I wanted.
hi,ni was shopping at north brook court mall location.nThe gentleman was helping us his name is Talip but middle of sale store manager called him five times for helping to her in register.nit was not acceptable.nTalip helped us perfectly.
The sales representatives aren't very friendly and there isn't really anyone to help you. Try the old orchard store instead. It's worth the extra driving. The wait on you like your at 5 star restaurant. Just my opinion
