I would drop my puppy off, run some errands, and come back. Once I came back early and heard him making the most awful sounds! I will NEVER bring any pet of mine here ever again, and I will never leave my pets anywhere for grooming. I always stay now. These people did a number on my dog, and he had foot issues after going here. My vet had to tranquilize him to trim his nails; that's how bad it was! My poor puppy! Steer clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Protect your dog and stay away from this groomer! One time I picked up my dog and her paw was bleeding, they said that the groomer had accidentally cut to close. I just picked her up from another grooming appointment and my dog could not open her eyes. She was absolutely fine before going in. When I asked them if something happened, April, the groomer who my dog had the appointment with said that her eyes get like that sometimes. Crazy answer as my dog does not have any issues with her eyes. My dog could not open her eyes so I took her to the vet first thing the next morning and found out that she has an abrasion on her eye. I will absolutely not let them touch my dog again. They double and triple book these groomers and painful mistakes result.
