My experience was very good at this bank. Worked with the receptionist. Her name was Kendall. She helped me find out what the pay off was for my loan and all the other information that I needed to know about my loan. She was a very polite young lady to work with and had no problems with paying off my loans early. Would recommend this bank.
I worked with a man named Jerry and he was beyond helpful. He helped me get all the information I needed so that I could close the deal with a private seller. I drove 2 and a half hours to meet at this bank and Jerry insisted that I didn't have to drive all the way back home because we couldn't figure out the deal. Jerry was awesome!
Worked with this bank for a while and every time i had excellent service. Appreciate the help from Roxanna and the manager Jerry. Both were very polite and took great care of me! Excellent communication and support. I will not hesitate to bank or finance with American Eagle.
