Service is horrible. The drive through line was all the way to the street. Waited 30 minutes in drive through and did not move a single spot. Workers take forever to assist costumers. I do not recommend going to this bank. Other banks are faster at assisting costumers and theirs no line.
Mike, the banker who greets you when you walk in is very good at his job as a banker and as a customer service rep. Good enough that I’m writing a positive review. so I’m like the worst customer you can imagine walking into a bank for reasons we won’t get into. They treated me well. They were helpful, fast, and absolutely went above and beyond what most people would consider standard. A+nnTen years ago losing your bank card was a nightmare. I want to say thank you to pnc for resolving that. I had a new card within 50 minutes of losing my old one. That time and stress are valuable to me. Thank you.nnI also appreciate that it was easy and fast to call a branch and talk to a person. I got accurate info which is nice.
App sucks but not as much as the drive thru at the Summit st location
This branch is amazing I was running behind running errands and they stayed open a little later to allow me to withdraw money. Ana is the best I highly recommend them to everybody.
Interesting that Bank Changes Hours with No Notice...nEven Drive Thru....is closing Early
