For the most part, this branch of US Bank is pretty good. Amanda Crawford, one of the personal bankers, responds to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner. Iris, one of the other personal bankers, is young, inexperienced and a busy body. Peggy is rude and obnoxious and constantly interrupts. Also, they need to add more staff because sometimes when you call there, the phone rings and rings and no one answers it.nnThe really great part about US Bank is their social media customer service support team based on the west coast. Chris, one of their staff, reached out to me the other day based on my review. She was courteous, professional and very kind. A couple of days later, she followed up by phone with me to make sure that Amanda Crawford had followed through on getting me my final refund as my accounts were closed.nnUS Bank is an excellent choice - just stay away from the branch on West Main Street in West Dundee, IL.
Teller was friendly and service was thorough and fast.
We were able to accomplish what we went there to do. No waiting. Nothing special.
