Terrible communication between front desk staff and physicians. I had a positive experience when I was there Friday. However that changed later that day. I went to the pharmacy and received meds for 3 days instead of 7 days. The doctor specifically instructed that I complete 7 day course. So I called immediate care Friday, Saturday & Sunday and spoke to front desk staff, and I called the pharmacy twice for a total of 8 calls. I never received a return call from immediate care physician until Sunday 6:15 p.m. and nothing was resolved. I have to call again tomorrow to talk to the doctor that gave me the prescription to have it filled for an additional 4 days. I still have the issue I went to immediate care for.

I had a 6 yr old with fever/sore throat and was obviously anxious because of Covid and called location to check wait time and if the doctor sees children. The receptionist was very rude, and unhelpful. People who call or visit urgent care are already worried and vulnerable and it would be nice to be treated with kindness and respect. We didn’t even go there. No thank you.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The physician assistant who now works at the urgent care was the most rude, condescending, arrogant person I'd ever met. She came into the room and didn't even examine me or ask me about what my symptoms were. She just rudely stated that she'd treat me this time but if I ever came back she'd never treat me again. I went to another clinic and it turned out I actually had an infection. This person does belong working in the healthcare system let alone with the public. She should be fired.

I was there with my 10 months old baby and it took over 2 hours for the doctor to show up. Then, after few days, I called them because my baby developed an allergic rush due to the medication and I was placed on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes each time and finally got disconnected!!!! That's ridiculous!

The front desk staff are rude and could care less about patients. They have an attitude as soon as you walk in and instead of focusing on patients waiting they have personal conversations. I got here at 1pm and patients thay arrived after me walked in first. To top it off, a possible COVID positive patient walked in and instead of asking them to leave due to no testing here, they still let me stay and expose everyone else in the waiting room.
