Branch manager helps me everytime no issue
Horrible experience trying to manage website and no luck calling the # on the website. Finally got bounced to an agent in India and had a difficult time being understood. Gave up and called an 800 number that was listed for our local branch. Got put on hold and then transferred again to an agent I think was again in India. All in all took me about an hour to tell someone I was leaving the country and didn't want my card frozen in the places I was visiting. Horrible service but you can't leave zero stars.
I don’t use the teller service much since 90% of my transactions are through the atm. The 2 times i did use a teller they had difficulty taking a block off the temporary atm card i was using since my replacement debit card was taking 3 weeks just to get in the mail and my temporary card became deactivated since they activated the other one. I could not use it at the atm for cash nor for purchases. The 2nd time they couldn't track down a copy of a check i made through the atm for deposit only 2 months prior. Waited close to 20 minutes and then just told them i had to go. Only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is cuz the staff is real friendly so that buys some points. Opening at 10 am not very flexible for my schedule.
