I'm not sure if they hired new people, short staffed or what. But now, every time I spend no less than 15 minutes in the drive though, sitting and waiting with no greeting while they process my checks. I deposited one check and sat at the window for 20 minutes. Never used to be this way.
Loan person was not experienced enough to give answers to mortgage questions in a timely manner or to anticipate issues. A week later the teller acted like she didn't know what a check was that was signed over to me, she didn't think that could be done. Had to go to Chase for proper assistance.nI use this bank only because it is closest to where I live now, I opened the account at the Oak Lawn location. If you have to deal with personnel on a regular basis you will not like it.
They don't know how to add a few pennies when you bring 3deposit for the same account and it's really embarrassing
So Unprofessional and very rude. My account my scam & when my direct deposit hit my account this bank took all of my money. My account is under investigation right now the experience that I had with this bank I will not recommend nobody to this bank at all. No matter what the situation is they are Quick to close your account
I was there to open a business account and there was roughly 7 employees sitting at their desk which two of them had customers i was the only other person there. I sat there for 15 minutes with out even getting greeted or asked to wait. Horrible customer service if that any indication on how they treat their customers i’d rather take my business else where.
