The bank app system is the worse I have seen...the system is always down and never works properly. The staff at the Addison, IL branch are unprofessional especially “manager” Mallory Medina. In the industry that requires working with clients and customers on daily basis there should be specific level of professionalism and intelligence...this branch lacks this. I don’t have an account a this bank, but was there taking care of my deceased mother’s account. I would never bank here the way I was treated nor want this bank to have anything to do with my money.

Had an issue with direct deposit and they worked to reinstate my account so I did not have to wait another week to get paid when I desperately needed it. Although it takes some time for transactions to come through the people at this bank really work with you if you talk with them. Shout outs to the team on Lake Street in Addison for their above and beyond help!
