I called Eagle Savings Bank because their security is way too high. They cancel almost every payment I make because they think it’s fraudulent. There’s also a max out amount of swipes a day allowed on the card so if you swipe it more than 5 times a day, you can’t swipe it again or it will be declined. I have to call just about every other day to tell them to ease up. Today I called and spoke to Marian, for lack of better words, she was rude and nasty. She should not be working in customer service if she is going to be unhelpful and disrespectful. The staff is useless and I cannot wait to close my account and go to fifth third!
Always friendly and fast. I don't go there a lot but they know me by name. Very impressed with the folks that work there especially the Rapid Run Delhi Branch.
