Very friendly people and feel like a team working with 5/3 bank,I’ll stay at that bank being from Cincinnati.
The Fifth Third Bank on glenway has been nothing but trouble since we opened our joint account. Keenan is a good guy but Sommer is horrible at customer service and taking care of their people. Will be looking for another location to bank at.
Staff are always friendly and take the extra step to be of help. Sometimes the wait can be long in drive through but they always apologize when this happens. I wouldn't switch to any other bank!
They shut down my account after 14 years of having a checking, savings, and credit card with them without reason. Screw Fifth Third.
I called to try to make appointment and they said we do not make appointments. I then waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to talk with a banking rep as there was only one banking rep available. 5th Third seems to think your time me is not valuable.
