I was transferred to Karen when I called for Customer Service, it was the nicest customer service interaction I've ever had in my life. I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She was incredibly helpful and so sweet! I drove to the branch so she could print me a card and she was the kindest bank employee I've ever interacted with. I'd be delighted to do all my banking with her for the rest of my life. 10/10 experience, Karen deserves to be recognized for making my day and my sister's day :)
This location consistently exhibits stellar service and personally greets us each time we come. The window teller today patiently assisted us with a fraud issue and offered helpful options then the personal banker Cliff B. actually came outside to assist with an atm concern. We love this branch!nMr. and Mrs. Ross.
Local and convenient. I moved from Harris once their fees got crazy. This bank has much more reasonable fees.
Terrible bank. Dont ever bank at any first midwest bank. Every time I deposit a check through the ATM is disappears and I Have fight and show receipts to prove i have actually made a deposit. WORST BANK ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
