The people that work here are very rude and nasty. If you decide to bank with them, I wouldn’t utilize their branch.

I rated low because I sat over 25 minutes waiting for a banker when there were 2. I listen to the 2 bankers speak with the customer about her personal life.nnAlso, because both bankers saw me waiting 1 walked back and forth pass me w/o any acknowledgement I was even sitting there. I had to wait that long for a a banker to simply say, “thank you for stopping in today, I’m working with the other banker as soon as I am done there I will be with you.” Customer service was terrible.

Good, helpful tellers and bankers. That guy above about customer service is goofy, 10 minutes isnt that long. 20 minutes or more would be though!

They have horrible customer service, you could be on hold over the phone for up to 10 minutes
