This one is okay. The one in Woodbury Commons, NY is better with selection. Prices are better here, but it's Chicago vs. NY. But def have great Burberry items that are unique. You won't see yourself coming and going like w/ other high-end brands.

I came here today to shop. I absolutely love Burberry and the brand. I have a couple things Burberry and am a loyal customer here. There was a Burberry wallet that I went to purchase (that was marked down on the sales tag ATTACHED TO THE WALLET). I was rang up, filled put the paperwork for warranty, had my wallet bagged up- THEN was told that they put the wrong tag on this wallet and took back the bag- and told me to pay the full price that was NOT on the tag. I expect this service from Walmart, but not from a brand Burberry. So classless.

This Burberry Outlet Location at Fashion outlets of Chicago it’s located on the 2nd floor ,..Next door to the Prada store and ..across the new Gucci store location ..if you go during the weekend and holidays season be prepared to wait on the line, the line is shorter and go faster during the week and the best time of the day to don’t have to be waiting on the line is : either when the store just open or at the end of the day when the store it’s about to close , ..Love the big selection they have , the sales are always great , in top of the sale Outlet price , ..they are having a 40% OFF SALE NOW! .. So the prices Basically for a winter coat are the same as a none designer brand!! Elsewhere .. I was like ud83dude28ud83dude31ud83eudd2fud83eudd29ud83eudd73..I loved so much a winter coat that converts into a two pieces ud83eudde5ud83dude0d (trench coat and warm puffer jacket) but unfortunately they wasn’t having on my size ud83eudd7a..sale representative were very friendly and helpful and said they get new items twice a month , So I’m not losing hope ud83dude01..I 100! Recommend this Burberry Location at Fashion outlets of Chicago!!..
