I’m a loyal customer. Great product but the staff was extremely rude to me last night. They closed their doors at 645 when their store hours said 7pm and refused to even speak with me while I stood at the door. She was brushing me away and other customers who were at the door like we were bothering her. They just stood behind the cash register until we left. I have never been treated that way. When customer service is the most important thing I don’t think I will ever shop their shoes again. One bad apple ruined it all.
Gentleman who helped me was the best they didn’t have my size in store he ordered them and sent them to my house.
First time shopping there and the staff was just great not pushing to make you buy just helpful in every way.
Some very good deals and the staff were very helpful
Horrible experience by this sales person called Andreas, very rude person, has a disgusting attitude and made me leave the store from discomfort. I don’t want recommend this store while this Andreas is working there.
