Very unkind.nHe chose shoes and asked if you have an othrr size, so they said NO!! even no look for it. For family I chose 6 pair and asked what the discount would be, they dont know and the calculator will do automatically, so they asked me to look at the receipt. Finally I forgot to leave the child's old shoes, after about 10 minutes, I went to find it, and Ithey put it in the trash bin and asked me to go find it.
I was assisted by Nick, he was a respectful and helpful young man. My daughter loved her shoes! She always tells me how comfortable they were! Sketchers never disappoints!
Decent midsized outlet mall... quite a few good stores represented but not as many selections inside the stores as I would have liked.. we did find stuff worth buying, so the visit was not a total waste, but since this place is right next to O'Hare airport, I was expecting something on a world class level... I think they really need to up the game here!
Nice Price's for Different shoe items
We went there to choose shoes for my father. We asked about size and stocks to a sales person but she did not even look at us, just organizing boxes and saying ‘wait’. Actually she did meaningless reallocation of boxes.nnAfter couple of hours my wife and my father went there to buy those shoes but they came back, not buying anything. My wife told me that she met the most unkind Asian sales person ever.nnI love Skechers shoes. They are comfortable and always affordable, but this customer experiences were substantially terrible.
