Prices are the same as flagship! Brand is good, with quality items, but wait for the sales! Not worth the price!

Very very very poor customer service. I came in a while ago wanting to buy boots but not a single employee helped me. I was so disappointed and so sad knowing that I wanted to get hold of one of their “knee-high boots” but i felt like I wasn’t welcomed from the time I stepped in their store. There were two salesperson in duty and neither one of them acknowledged me, not even a single “hi” or “welcome”. I might looked young and underdressed but i was a 100% sure that i wanted to buy boots from this store. I stayed in for at least 5 minutes inside waiting for assistance but not even an eye-contact was given to me by those two sales ladies who were not doing anything. Then i just left with dissappointment and even judgement because i saw one of the salesperson’s gaze on me looking from top to bottom like judging if i could even afford one of their products. Just so so so sad!!! It’s my first time going in that store and i experienced this. I dont know if i want to go back in again.

VERY RUDE SALESLADY! yelled at my son who is three years old for being too rambunctious instead of telling me, which made him cry, ruined his day. I have never seen a more rude employee. Rude approach, rude tone. I shop a lot and some sales person would actually come up to me instead of yelling at my son directly which she had no right to do. anyway, manager called me but there was no sincerity in her voice. she even proceeded to tell me that this saleslady LOVED kids. wow. all she kept doing was apologizing, probably a hundred times but with no real apology from her voice. never ever going back.

The store is clean and has some of the best styles! The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to suggestions.
