Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of the animals and can help with understanding your creatures needs. Their prices are pretty good given all their animals come from reputable places and they can often provide data on parents, morphs and more. It's also really nice in the shop, their pond is beautiful and their displays look great!

I Should have wrote this long before. Great place to see, learn and purchase all those cool creatures that you always wanted. Most importantly they have the knowledge to help you make the right decision on what type of reptile you are ready to care for. If you are looking for that first pet or are an experienced keeper you will not be disappointed. They also have all the products and food you will need to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Very nice store with very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. We were just there to see what was available and get some information. We came away with all the information we needed to select the right pet for our situation.nTheir inventory of animals was somewhat limited compared to what I was expecting, but I learned that was temporary due to supply problems caused by the recent freezing temperatures in the South. The woman who helped us took my name and number in order to let us know when they received more stock, which I appreciated.

Great store. They have clean upscale tanks for their reptiles. This shop is clean and employees are helpful. I highly recommend if you have reptiles.

Came in here after a LONG week of work, and was greeted by a huge tortoise “Tank” roaming around and the most knowledgeable workers I’ve ever come across in a store. This is nothing like a commercial pet store, the animals are kept in very humane and natural environments and the staff understand how to care for them and how to educate buyers. The owner is awesome and very smart, he recommended a new brand of feed for my leachianus gecko and she climbed over to eat it immediately.
