Pet Supplies Plus Morton Grove

This is a great store but with room for improvement. I wish there was a larger selection for fish items, it seems to be quite limited both online and in store. Also, while curbside has been great I wish they verified the customers ID before handing them the item. I haven't had my ID checked or email looked at any of the times I pick up here like other stores do. I think this leaves room open for someone to steal and be dishonest.

Morton Grove, IL is the first place we stopped after we adopted our dog Etta, super friendly customer service ALWAYS! We bought the basics for bringing our doggie home, had a great experience, I go back for grooming now too. We buy her food and lots of treats too and appreciate the emails with coupons and shop the sales for her food! 4 star!

The manager and employees are very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to serve the customer. There was a recall on my dog food and the manager, Mirage, called me the next day to tell. He even told me to come in for a refund and gave me the recall information on how to dispose of the food.

Brought my dog in for his nails to be cut were cut right away. In and out in 15 min.. Great job.

Certainly, this pet shop is the best shop ever! Yesterday, I visited their shop and I treated them as well as nobody else. The stuff I need is there for my dogs, and it's all affordable. I'm really glad I find this shop for pets. The prospect of another deal in the future. Highly advised!
