A very well run bank operation, ZB and his associates are warm and caring, very professional they take the time to explain the options available, never rushed to make a decision. They make you feel like part of the family, your are not just a number you are a member that they care about, I would recommend this bank branch to all investors, businesses large and small and definitely banking for your entire family.

Some of the bankers at RSB truly care about customers. Others clearly don't. Usually one or, at most, two bankers in branch at any given time. Dont expect much from the online banking with RSB, particularly when it comes to managing multiple business accounts.nnIf it weren't for the efforts of a select few bankers at RSB they would have a one star rating from me.
