I now buy all my shoes from this store! Great employees remembered my shoe size from the last time I was there a month ago! You can get shoes from anywhere so why not have excellent service accompany your purchase.
We had a little mishap where we came home with the wrong size shoes for my son. After wearing them for a few days he mentioned to me that they seemed smaller than he thought they should be. We took them back to the store and without any difficulties, the store let us swap shoes that had been worn outdoors and had some grass stains already for the proper size. I’ve always appreciated Trade Home’s great customer service but they really stood out today.
The guys that work there are fun, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! They stock a lot of quality shoes, and the staff will make sure you are happy before you leave! Thanks guys!!
