So I place an order for pick up and arrive to BWW, walk in, and say hello. The greeter Shelly (short bob older lady) at this precise moment says nothing and walks away. This is upsetting because it is the first time I am picking up from here so I do not know where to go next (also she did not know this I could have been waiting to be seated). So I just continue to the kiosk area in which I was told to wait a bit longer for my order (not really a problem as my order was rather big) this Shelly walks by me twice w/o saying anything and then the third time around she FINALLY asks if I needed help. Anyways now to the food, food is always great but it seems like the staff that is in charge of quality control is not really checking the sides/sauces (previously we did not get what we ordered and I called it in and was told sorry but never asked how they can fix it) and sends us home with rather nasty looking celery sticks. BWW we love the food but this location is lacking in customer service and quality control. I am sad to have to write a bad review but as previously stated they will probably not do anything to make this right, but BWW if you feel inclined to make this right, you have my contact information.
Just what we needed to end our day. Great food, drinks, and dessert.
Very comfortable place to eat and watch sports and the employees were very nice. The food was delicious and filling plus their service is much better then the one at home.
Food was okay, standard for BWW. Service was probably the worst I've ever had. My friend asked for a second drink and was told that she had to finish her 1st one completely before ordering another. Weird. Our server then asked us if we were ready for our check, to which I replied that I was not sure and might get another drink. Our waitress was pretty cold towards us and cut me off after 3 mixed drinks. I was not even slightly intoxicated acting and have never been cut off from ordering drinks before. We asked why we could not order more drinks and our waitress informed us that they bartender did not feel comfortable serving us another drink. It was strange (not sure if she just wanted us to leave or what the real reason was) but I will definitely not be returning.
The food was really good. But the service was very bad. We waited 25+ minutes between getting our appetizer and being able to order our meals. The waiter barely talked to us and did drinks well but didn't stop to see if we really needed anything else.
